13 new brands have expanded the commercial offering at Lincoln Plaza during 2023

In March, Chill & Go’s and the telecommunications company Claro arrived. In May, Sportline Kids and Schatzi began operations on the first level. In July, Converse, Kicks, and Giacomin made their debut.

Additionally, in August, Monge and Radio Shack opened their doors. In October, AncyFer Market, Columbia, and Perro Café joined the lineup.

Finally, in the first days of November, Trululu joined on the third level.

"The arrival of these brands is in line with the shopping center's commitment to enrich the shopping experience for our customers and invigorate commercial life.

"The expansion and diversification of the offering not only benefit the new tenants and the shopping center but also have a positive impact on the community and the economy in general," said Federico Baltodano, project director at Lincoln Plaza.

Increased Visitation The project experienced a significant increase in visitation, according to Baltodano.

As of September 2023, foot traffic increased by 10% compared to pre-pandemic levels and 8.5% compared to 2022.

In terms of employment, the new openings have created opportunities for 45 new collaborators. In total, Lincoln Plaza generates 1,300 jobs in stores and commercial spaces throughout the project.

Looking ahead to the final weeks of 2023, about six new openings are expected.

"We hope to finish the year with the highest occupancy rate in our history, and among the upcoming openings are brands like Sencha, specializing in gourmet tea-based beverages and bubble tea. Additionally, Entre Mareas, a surf-themed clothing and accessories store.

"Most of these tenants are expected to open their doors in November or December, adding even more excitement to the holiday shopping season," Baltodano concluded.
