Escazú Village

Escazú Village is a mixed-use project of the Real Estate Portfolio, it houses a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, department stores, public entities, a gym, a beauty salon, and a residential area.

This project, awarded with the Ecological Blue Flag (4 white stars), is also characterized by its LEED O+M certification obtained in 2022, which means that it was well evaluated for its design and construction in terms of energy efficiency, use of led lighting, reuse of water in green areas, air quality and choice of construction materials.
